Overview

Together with Endless Health team, we re-imagine how healthcare providers discover and learn their product. I focused on restructuring, reprioritizing information and layout to streamline user experience.

Have you ever experienced that sinking feeling of forgetting your toothpaste when traveling in the suburbs, where convenience stores are scarce? Or perhaps visiting your grandparents, and finding non-prescription medication arriving late in their neighborhood that lacks delivery services?

Challenge

The current website lacking a clear structure to convey brand's unique value, making it difficult for users to connect and access resources.

According to research, conventional delivery is inefficient, inaccessible, and lacks visibility in remote suburbia, with 90% of the Americans relocating to the suburbs since the pandemic.
