Solutions
01 Highlight user benefits and environmental impact.
I learned that when promotions and discounts are offered, users are more likely to order delivery through drones. By offering discounts reflecting customers' eco-conscious decisions, I was able to educate users about the environmental impact of drone delivery.

Suggesting products by users location.

Transparent order updates and delivery notifications.

After completing checkout, users couldn't find their orders. They expected to track their order status in bottom navigation bar.
Problem 02
Users want to read notifications before taking action. They disappear quickly, frustrating users and distracting them from order icon.
Final Solution
Provide clear delivery time and status.
