Overview

Over the spring, I worked closely with the Endless Health team to redesign the website, focusing on restructuring, reprioritizing information & layout to streamline user experience and connect with our users.

Have you ever experienced that sinking feeling of forgetting your toothpaste when traveling in the suburbs, where convenience stores are scarce? Or perhaps visiting your grandparents, and finding non-prescription medication arriving late in their neighborhood that lacks delivery services?

" How might we make it easy and quick
for users to access information they need while communicating the brand's unique value? "

Problem

The current website lacking a clear structure to convey brand's unique value, making it difficult for users to connect and access resources.

According to research, conventional delivery is inefficient, inaccessible, and lacks visibility in remote suburbia, with 90% of the Americans relocating to the suburbs since the pandemic.

Vision

Streamline web content and create a cohesive brand visual language informed by user research to improve usability and accessibility.

Leverage drones to ensure efficient last-mile delivery and bring value by increasing user convenience and satisfaction.

Success Metrics

Seed funding

Contributed to securing $4.5M in seed funding by structuring and conveying the brand's value through website to investors and stakeholders.

Received very positive user feedback of how users feel after completing interaction with the product.
